Monday - Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time(excluding Thanksgiving day, Christmas day, and New Year's day) During peak ice season - Saturdays, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.Your call will be answered by one of our staff members year round Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time (excluding Thanksgiving day, Christmas day, and New Year's day). During peak ice season (Memorial Day through Labor Day) we have a salesperson or Customer Satisfaction Group (CSG) member in one of our offices every Saturday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. During our off hours, you can call in and leave a message in our general voice mail. Our voice mail system will then call one of our CSG members to notify them of the message. The CSG member will manage the prompt response to your call. If you want to leave a non-urgent message for one of our employees, you can enter their extension number at any time during the voice mail greeting and you will be transferred directly to that employee's personal voice mail box.
