Uniflex Vibrating Screens

Uniflex 24” x 36” vibrating screen is a versatile production screen that is ideal for micron sizing, continuous, or batch screening, and pilot plant operations. It is available in single or two-deck models open-style or enclosed options, and fabricated in carbon steel with stainless steel in product areas if needed. Each unit is equipped with an angle indicator. A 4 HP 1725 RPM, 115 volt, single phase, TEFC, #56 NEMA frame motor is furnished as standard and is mounted on the non-vibrating support frame. Dependant on operating conditions and quality if ice the S-1 screen capacity is approximately 450 lbs. per minute.

  • Flexibility: Machines operate with either counter-flow or conveying action. A wide range of mesh sizes can be used.
  • Smooth, quiet operation: Vibration is confined to upper vibratory frame for quiet operation.
  • New suspension system: Maintenance-free isolator suspension system provides greater efficiency and keeps noise to a minimum.
  • Dependant on operating condition and quality of ice the C-5 screen capacity is approximately 900 lbs. per minute.
