- Covers - Flat, Shroud, or Lexan
- Type of Discharges - End Discharge, Bottom Discharge, and Side Boot - with or without Slide Gates.
- De-Watering - Jail Bars, Screens, Drain Plugs
- Motor, Drive, and RPM Sized for Application
Standard Features
- All trough joints have gaskets
- All UHMW is FDA approved
- Dodge drives are standard: using v-belts, pulleys & sheaves for ease of changing RPM’s
- Tracking strips are standard on all shroud covers. Tracking strips are 1-2” wide strips of a” UHMW placed on the shroud covers to assist in the proper movement of ice up the conveyor.
Options
- Covers - flat, shroud, hinged, plexi-glass
- Joint Support - hanger bearings, UHMW liner (to minimize ice breakage)
- Types of Discharge - end discharge, downspouts - with or without slid gates, all types of slide gates available. Customized chutes and hoppers available upon request
- Electrical, Motor Size, RPM - as requested. All motors are TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) - washdown available
- De-Watering Devices - jailbars, screens, drain flanges

Modular Plastic Screw Conveyors are available in 6”, 9”, and 12” diameters. The polyethylene flights have excellent release characteristics. Individual screw modules can be replaced quickly and easily without welding or burning.
